Do you need an appointment?

Yes! We are an APPOINTMENT ONLY studio. This is so we can give you a personalised and private appointment with one of our expert stylists; for 90 minutes we will guide you on exploring our collection.

When should you start dress shopping?

With more weddings taking place around the world, we recommend starting your search 12-14 months out from your wedding date, and locking in your dress at least 10-12 months out. This minimises the risk of delays and ensures a smooth process for your peace of mind. This given time frame also allows for 2-3 months for alterations.


Can we do rush orders?

If your wedding date is 5 - 7 months away, we can often organise a RUSH order with our select designers. Please note: RUSH orders will incur an additional fee of up to $450-$600.

How many guests can you bring to a fitting?

We can comfortably accomodate 6 guests.  You are also welcome to Facetime loved ones who are unable to join.  Photos are videos are also allowed.


What is the price range of our gowns?

The permanent collection we stock is priced between AUD $5,500 - $11,500 —   With the majority of our collection between  AUD $6,500 - $9,500. 


What sizes are available to try?

All of our samples are either a size AUS 12 or AUS 14. Bridal sizing is on the smaller side of things so we do recommend sizing up.  To help you get an idea of how the dress will sit on you, we will pin or clamp in dresses for brides under size AUS 10, and hold in the back of the dress for our brides above a size AUS 14.


What is a Trunk Show?

Trunk shows are an opportunity for you to try on gowns from a designer that we don’t usually stock.  We like to think of them as our guest designers. 

Trunk show gowns are typically with us for for 2-4 days. Because of the short window to book an appointment, slots tend to fill quickly.  We recommend to book well in advance.  View our upcoming trunk shows here.

You have chosen your dress, now what?

Firstly, congratulations and welcome to the NOA Family! 

We require a 70% non-refundable deposit to secure your gown. The remaining balance is due 3 months later.

An estimated pick up date will be provided on your invoice and it is best to allow a month on either side of this date in case of any delays. When your gown is on the way to us, we will inform you by email. Once your dress arrives, we will schedule you in for a final pick-up!  Here, we will direct you to our trusted alteration service, for any nips and tucks you may require.

Do we offer alterations?

We don’t currently offer in-house alterations, however we are happy to direct our brides to independent alteration service whom we trust and have worked with previously.

We always aim to have your gown arrive approximately 2 months before your special day. This allows for any shipping delays. Even if your gown arrives 4 weeks from your wedding, you will still have enough time for this service.

Depending on what is required for your gown, Bridal alterations can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks and include 2-4 fittings.
